Kevin Wayne VanLuven, 59, of Clarkston, was arraigned on charges of aggravated indecent exposure and malicious destruction of property under $200. The incident took place in the home of an Oxford Township couple in Oakland County, part of the metropolitan Detroit area, on March 12. The couple were having their home inspected by VanLuven before its sale. According to a statement from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, the couple let VanLuven and the buyer’s real estate agent into their home and left the property during the inspection....
